The practical agreement behind every booking, set out clearly so we both know where we stand.

All enquiries are made through the booking form. Once the details are received, Summer prepares a quote and confirms availability for your date.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid; until then the date remains available for someone else to book. The deposit secures your date and the time held for you.
The remaining balance is due as agreed at the time of booking, typically before or on the day of the shoot. Payment details and timings are set out in your booking confirmation.
If you need to cancel, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the date held for you. Rescheduling is accommodated where possible depending on availability, so please give as much notice as you can. Any balance already paid is handled fairly according to the notice given.
Raw files are not provided. You receive a gallery of final images, each edited personally by Summer, delivered after editing is complete.
Turnaround times vary depending on the type of shoot and the current workload. An estimated timeframe is given at the time of booking, and you will be kept informed if anything changes.
Copyright in all photographs remains with With Love, Summer as the creator. You are given the right to use your images for personal purposes such as printing and sharing with family and friends. Images may be used in the With Love, Summer portfolio and on social media unless you have asked otherwise. Commercial use by you requires prior agreement.
To help the day run smoothly, please share the key details in advance: timings, the venue, the important people to capture and any must-have shots. For weddings and events, a timeline is agreed before the day.
Travel fees may apply depending on your location and are discussed and agreed at the enquiry stage.
In rare situations beyond reasonable control, such as illness, accident, extreme weather or other events that genuinely prevent attendance, Summer will make every effort to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling or arranging a trusted alternative photographer where possible.
