When you make an enquiry through the booking form, the information you provide is collected. This typically includes your name, your contact details such as email address and phone number, your event details such as date, venue and type of occasion, and any specific requirements or notes you choose to share.
Your enquiry and booking information is used only to respond to you, prepare an accurate quote, plan and deliver your photography, and keep in touch about your booking. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing by third parties.
Photographs taken at your booking belong to With Love, Summer as the creator. Images may be used in the portfolio, on the website or on social media only where permission has been given or agreed in your booking terms. If you would prefer your images not to be shared publicly, simply let Summer know and that wish will be respected.
Information is stored securely and access is limited to what is needed to manage your booking. Reasonable measures are taken to keep it safe, and details are not kept for longer than necessary.
The booking form is provided through Google Forms, so the details you submit are processed by Google in line with their own privacy terms. The website also uses analytics and may display ads, which can set cookies; see the Cookies Policy for more on this.
You can ask to see what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it removed. To make a request, email Photography.Withlovesummer@gmail.com and it will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe.
