A quote is shaped by your date, location, how many hours of coverage you need, the type of shoot, any travel involved, the editing required and the final deliverables. Every day is a little different, so every quote is too.
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been paid. Until then the date stays open and someone else is free to book it, so it is worth securing your date early once you are happy to go ahead.
No, raw files are not provided. Editing is a core part of the With Love, Summer look, and every image is finished by Summer personally before delivery.
Your final edited images are delivered after editing through a private online gallery. Turnaround times vary depending on the type of shoot and the current workload; an estimated timeframe is shared with you at the time of booking.
Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Summer is London based and available across the UK, with destination events welcome; any travel costs are discussed openly at the enquiry stage so there are no surprises.
Please share the key details in advance: timings, the venue, the important people to capture and any must-have shots. For weddings and events, a timeline is agreed before the day so nothing is missed.
Rescheduling is handled on a case by case basis depending on availability; please get in touch as early as you can. If you are running late on the day, coverage still ends at the agreed finish time, so do let Summer know as soon as possible.
The deposit secures your date and covers the time held for you, so it is non-refundable if you cancel. Anything beyond the deposit is settled fairly depending on how much notice is given. Full terms are set out on the Terms and Conditions page.
For weather-dependent shoots, a sensible backup plan or an alternative time is agreed in advance. British weather has a sense of humour, so a little flexibility goes a long way.
